I used Coles Specialty Catering for my annual New Years Party. Each year around 50 people
come to our house during a 10 hour period. You can see what a challenge that presents for
refreshments. Immediately the staff from Coles suggested that the warm foods be served in
half trays and the other trays would stay in the warmer. This was a great idea. The food
was hot but not dried out. The presentation of the food and the decorations were lovely.
The food is self got rave reviews from everyone. The menu was very different. The appetizers
were phenomenal. The bacon encircles huge tender scallops. The brochette was wonderful.
Our main course was individually prepared Chicken Cordon Blue. They were so tender, tasty
and juicy. The homemade desserts were original and true works of art. I have used multiple
caters before. While they always fed my guests, this was the first time that the food was so
excellent and truly added to our celebration.

My baby shower was catered by

buffet table was really pretty.
With glass serving bowls and
nice little extra touches that
the ladies at my shower really
enjoyed. The food was great.
It was a wonderful luncheon.
I would use Cole's Catering again.
